The recordings may only be viewed by persons authorized by the Data Controller, they may not make copies of them, and the footage may not be forwarded to third parties. The recordings can be viewed by those who have decision-making authority within the company or who contribute to the investigation of acts against property. The film recording can be routinely checked once a day or when a crime against property is suspected. Other persons not authorized to do so may not view the footage. In the case of property damage or other circumstances justifying an investigation, the video recording can be forwarded to the investigative authority with the relevant powers and jurisdiction. In the absence of use (that is, theft, crime, attempted crime), the recorded image will be deleted no later than 14 days from the date of recording, as this is a sufficient period of time to detect possible thefts and other violations of law, considering the quantity and value of the inventory.

7.4 The right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”)

c) the Service Provider no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of data management, but you require them to submit, enforce or defend legal claims; or
d) You objected to data processing; in this case, the limitation applies to the period until it is determined whether the Service Provider's reasons take precedence over your legitimate reasons.
7.6 Right to data portability
You are entitled to receive the personal data relating to you that you have provided to the Service Provider in a segmented, widely used, machine-readable format, and you are also entitled to transfer this data to another data controller without being hindered by the Service Provider, whose provided personal data to you if:
a) data management is based on consent or a contract; and
b) data management is performed in an automated manner.
